I wore this super fun outfit on a gloomy day in an effort to brighten up the streets! My partner Alex and I went for a little morning adventure around Cottesloe and Fremantle, and he bought his camera along to snap a few quick pictures while we were there. We’ve recently moved to the Freo area so we are much closer to all these awesome places than what we used to be – I’m loving living here so much, being able to easily pop into Freo town for a visit is the best as there is so many great shops around there!! Maybe I should make a series of posts soon sharing some of my favourite places around the Freo area… That could be fun! 🙂

This outfit made a lot of people I walked past on the street smile, which is a reaction I always love to cause with my vibrant clothing! 🙂 I love how colour can instantly make people happy. I sure felt cheerful rocking this new dress from Unique Vintage, how much fun is the watermelon print?! An awesome thing about this dress is that Unique Vintage also make it in plus sizes. As a fashion designer, that is something I love to see – everyone should be able to buy fun clothes, no matter what size they are shopping for! 🙂

As soon as I put this dress on I knew I had to pair it with this Kate Spade bag I got last year from Shopbop, and sure enough they proved to be a perfect match! <3 And of course, once I picked up my heart-shaped bag I just had to reach for my heart-shaped glasses from Tibbs & Bones, which are also available in a bunch of other gorgeous colours (you can peep those HERE). I was really feeling the love that day, hehe 🙂

I also rocked these gold mules from Public Desire. I’ve been a longtime fan of mules although this is the first pair I’ve owned, and I’ve got to say – I’m hooked! I love how easy to wear and comfortable they are, and definitely plan on adding more mules to my shoe collection. The ones I’m wearing come in a few other colourways (you can check them out HERE), maybe some of those will be appearing in my wardrobe sometime soon! <3 I particularly love the pink and blue ones, but I might be a little biased towards colour… 😉
